Hi I’m Emmi and I love jumpers.
Jumpers pretty much sum up my style 50% of the year. And now that winter is fast approaching they’re finally back in ‘fashion’ which means I have stock piled a few…
I rarely do fashion posts. But as I love jumpers and it’s starting to get particularly cold here in Manchester, I wanted to do a little haul.
Since the beginning of September I’ve been stocking up on jumpers so I’m ready for the cold Northern weather.
Currently I have bought a total of 8 new jumpers and 2 very oversized cardigans. Oh and a few sweatshirts…
There are a mix of big fluffy ones and lightweight ones for those rare occasions when the weather goes about 12C.
I’ve got two proper fluffy ones at the moment and one that I wouldn’t call fluffy but it’s very oversized.
The above, is an olive green open back (I know I must be crazy) jumper from ASOS.
It’s surprisingly warm despite the chunk missing from the back. But it is a little cropped so I would suggest wearing so high waisted jeans with it.
In the same purchase I bought another ASOS jumper. A white ribbed style oversized piece. It’s not fluffy but it does the job.
ASOS has been my go to place for clothes this season. Their own brand is full of good quality and affordable items.
Paul always tells me that I tend to gravitate towards the same things in shops. One of which is jumpers. Another is green things.
So it probably doesn’t come as a surprise that I gravitated towards a green jumper in H&M and it’s now officially my favourite jumper in my wardrobe.
With my newly dyed ginger/red hair I feel like Christmas when I wear it.
It’s super soft and comes in lots of other colours but of course green is the one for me.
H&M’s jumper game is on point at the moment and I keep seeing their items all over Instagram.
They’re the type of jumper you can just throw on over a vest top when it’s cold but the sun’s also out.
But that’s it for my jumper shopping this year. I think it’s safe to say that I[m well and truly stocked up!
Let me know where you’ve been shopping for your winter essentials and if you like these fashion posts let me know in the comments and I might do some more…
