The title says it all really, but let me explain…
In last month’s chit-chat I spoke about something exciting happening in October. Ta da, I started a blogazine.
A blogazine is a little word I’ve put together to explain the concept of The Growing Up Guide. Think of it as a magazine style website with lots of different contributors, but with the personalisation of a blog.
I came up with the idea of The Growing Up Guide during my final year of university. I saw a gap in the market for a place that offered insight and advice for those starting their journey into adulthood.
The website launched this month and I can’t believe the support and feedback we have had so far. I am so proud to be the Editor of this blogazine. This is also the reason why I haven’t been blogging as much.
The Growing Up Guide incorporates everything a 18-30 year old woman would want and need to know as they venture into their first decade of adulthood.
We’ve had so many amazing posts so far from contributors. Some of my personal favourites are:
WHATS TO COME
Although The Growing Up Guide is taking up a lot of my time, we’ve been able to schedule a lot of stuff in advance – meaning that I have more time to focus on Just Emmi – which reached 300 followers this month!
I’ve got a lot of exciting new post ideas for November including some topics and content that I don’t usually touch upon.
I’m trying to keep Just Emmi my own with the chatty opinion posts, but also mix in a few more lifestyle posts.
I’ve been trying out a lot of new skincare recently so you can guarantee that there will be a post or two on them.
That’s all for October people. Come back in November to see the new posts I’ve got planned or head over to The Growing Up Guide and see what I’ve created along with some amazing contributors.
